			<description><![CDATA[ Does anyone know at what temperature frozen food becomes unsafe? I keep Claire's food in our refrigerator/freezer, it is self defrosting and the temp tends to fluctuate often. This morning I noticed ice crystals all over everything. The food still seemed to be frozen solid but the thermometer said it was 25 degrees. I made acorn squash last night and it didn't seem quite frozen yet (still a little wet on the outside). I have noticed the fluctuating temp before but never this much. Dh said he... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Erich had carrots for lunch today, and spit them up about 3 minutes after finishing. The carrots were from a jar, everything else he's had so far has been homemade. Should I just try the carrots again tomorrow, or go to something else and try carrots again later.<br><br>btw, this is the first jar of baby food I've opened. It was actually a stage 2 jar (my SIL gave me a lot that she hadn't used) and it was really really runny compared to how I make Erich's food, including his cereal.<div... ]]></description>

It sounded great so I thought I'd give it a go and my 10 mo old loves it. <br><br>1 chicken breast half poached for about 6-8 minutes.<br>1 bag mixed frozen veggies steamed or boiled. (or use what ever you have on hand that's appropriate for babe's age)<br>Spaghetti - cooked until soft. I would have preferred to use whole wheat but didn't have any.<br><br>Once everything is cooked (separately) just pop it all into a food processor... ]]></description>

HE actually prefers them big enough to grab and eat. <br><br>I feel he is very young for this, but he has never choked.
