btw, this is the first jar of baby food I've opened. Yield: 10 portions

1/2 c Cooked boneless chicken,
-chopped
1/4 c Cooked brown rice
1 Ripe peach
1 tb Peach juice
1 tb Milk
2 ts Wheat germ

Mix all ingredients together and chop roughly in a food processor or
blender.

1 chicken breast half poached for about 6-8 minutes.
1 bag mixed frozen veggies steamed or boiled. (or use what ever you have on hand that's appropriate for babe's age)
Spaghetti - cooked until soft. I would have preferred to use whole wheat but didn't have any.

I have to shred his meat, adn cube his veggies. HE actually prefers them big enough to grab and eat.

I feel he is very young for this, but he has never choked. Not once.


Anybody else putting the blender in the cupboard, and just chunking.

Also his peas and corn are served whole.
