I first saw David Rosengarten on his Food Network show, "Taste." I found his food commentary insightful and funny. Then I bought the Dean and Deluca Cookbook and I thought it was a great book. I often go back to it for ideas, every recipe I've tried from it has worked perfectly. Well, in the mail a month or two ago I received an offer to purchase his newsletter, "The Rosengarten Report." So far I've really enjoyed it. I've even purchased chocolate truffles from one of his recommended sources and they were wonderful!!!
